The legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller in processing the data lie in fulfilling and honoring the contractual obligations agreed upon between the parties. Pursuant to Article 6, the lawfulness of the processing is based on the explicit consent of the data subject, documented in writing. Mandatory or optional nature of data provision and consequences of refusal to provide data: the provision of your data is mandatory for the Data Controller to provide the requested services. In the event of refusal, it will not be possible to complete the registration process, and the System Controller will not be able to fulfill the contractual obligations.

Your personal data will be processed by the Data Controller, Data Processors appointed by the Controller, and authorized processing personnel. Your personal data will not be disseminated.

Data Retention Period

Your personal data will be retained for 10 years after the termination of the service provision/product supply relationship in the digital archives owned by MusicLab Milano srl.
